This is one of the top spots in Tbilisi for handmade jewelry supplies and crystals. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and they really went out of their way to help. They patiently answered my questions, offered recommendations, and assisted me in finding exactly what I was looking for. It's not often you encounter such great customer service and positive vibes. The store itself is lovely. I highly recommend checking it out!

The store was fantastic, and I really appreciated its concept. However, since we traveled quite a distance to get there, it was disappointing that the service was not welcoming at all💔💔☹️. My interaction with one of the staff members—a small lady with brown-blonde hair—was quite negative👎👎👎. She was rude and unhelpful, making us feel unwelcome. Even when her coworker came over to assist us, she tossed the necklace into her hand and walked away, which felt disrespectful and unprofessional👎👎👎👎. In a place that caters to customers, friendly and respectful service is essential. I genuinely hope management works on improving the customer experience because the store itself is lovely and has great potential.
