The location is great for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the laundry service was quite cheap. We stayed in a loft room, which provided good privacy, but the bed was really uncomfortable. Although we had a private bathroom, it had a strong sewage smell that made it hard for me to use. I ended up using the shared bathroom on the main floor instead. The internet was also very slow. We booked through a website, but had to pay in cash in person.

For fans of this style, it offers a one-of-a-kind experience. Overall, the prices are quite reasonable for tourists, and the stay is very comfortable.

De locatie is perfect. Toen we meldden dat we later zouden aankomen dan gepland, was dat geen probleem en kregen we te horen dat de receptionist op ons zou wachten. De voorzieningen zijn voldoende; de badkamer, keuken en woonkamer zijn niet groot, maar voor de prijs die we hebben betaald, zijn ze prima. De drie aparte bedden waren in orde. De badkamer is niet erg ruim, maar dat stoorde me niet. De kamers zijn iets gehorig, maar daar had ik zelf geen last van.

The staff was rude and unhelpful.

Firstly, there was no communication about any rules prohibiting guests from visiting at night, either on Airbnb or during check-in. It's unreasonable to expect us to adhere to rules that were never made clear.

Secondly, the extra fee and "penalty" you demanded seemed arbitrary and had no written policy backing them. We refused to pay because we never agreed to such terms.

We were planning to switch to a triple room, and your staff knew we would be returning late with another person. We even proposed checking into the triple room earlier to prevent issues, but this was denied without a valid explanation.

The behavior of the receptionist was unacceptable—he was rude, avoided direct questions, and at times claimed he wasn't even an employee, which was confusing and unprofessional.

Furthermore, I find it inappropriate that you publicly disclosed details of our stay and made accusations in response to my review about the staff's behavior. This is unprofessional and raises concerns regarding privacy and respect for customers.

I have a complete recording of our interaction, so I advise against making misleading claims. My review reflects my true experience with your service and staff.

Also, I want to clarify some inaccuracies in your response. We checked out exactly at the time stated on Airbnb, so the claim that we stayed past check-out is false. We also never threatened anyone at any point—this accusation is completely untrue.

Given this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Отличное расположение, но на этом плюсы заканчиваются. Хозяйка — скандальная, грубая женщина, которая истерично говорит по телефону и вместо решения рабочих вопросов только выясняет отношения. Очень не советую останавливаться здесь.

Все здесь великолепно. Жила в номере с балконом, который лучше любого люкса. Интерьер и удобства впечатляют. На балконе стоят диван и столик, где можно комфортно работать. Спасибо администрации — всегда помогают и подсказывают по всем вопросам. Очень приятно там находиться, однозначно 10 из 10. Вернусь при следующем визите.

Отличное место, идеально расположено — всего 2 минуты до площади Свободы и 10 минут до парка Рике. Всё рядом. Комната превосходная, а администраторы просто золото. За неделю, что я здесь живу, они всегда были готовы помочь и подсказать. Теперь буду приезжать только сюда.

Прекрасное место в ретро-стиле — прямо как музей! В этом доме жила актриса театра Бурмистрова Наталья Михайловна, и множество её личных вещей здесь тщательно сохранены. Атмосфера дома пропитана духом её времени и отлично передаёт колорит той эпохи. Мы остались в восторге! Хочу выразить особую благодарность администратору Ярославу — он просто замечательный человек! Цены хорошие, везде чистота и уют. Рекомендую!
