We traveled all the way from Dubai after watching Mark Wein's video, but the food and service were disappointing. Even our Georgian friends didn't like the food. The place was nothing like in the video and had very few customers. I was thrilled to see Chef Krista, but despite asking three times through my friends, she never came to meet us, even though she said she would. I guess that's not part of the service, but our waiter was rude as well. The whole experience was terrible.

This place is usually bustling with young people. The jonjoli salad, made with pickled flowers, is incredibly delicious, even after seven years. Pkhlovana is also a must-try.
