"SOCAR Energy Georgia", founded in 2006, is one of the leading players in the Georgian market in the field of import, sale and distribution of petroleum products, as well as in the field of import, supply and distribution of natural gas. Over the years of its operation, the company has earned a reputation as one of the largest taxpayers in the country.

SOCAR Georgia Petroleum, a division of the company, is engaged in wholesale and retail sales of petroleum products in Georgia, operating a network of 110 gas stations, 13 service centers and 4 oil terminals throughout the country. The company employs more than 1,300 people.

SOCAR Georgia Gas is responsible for the supply and distribution of natural gas in Georgia, managing local gas distribution networks. The company is also involved in the construction and rehabilitation of gas pipelines and operates 40 service centers with a total workforce of approximately 2,900 people throughout the country.

The gasification program carried out by SOCAR in Georgia led to the construction and reconstruction of more than 12 thousand kilometers of gas pipelines, providing access to gas to more than 300 thousand new potential consumers. The company currently serves more than 800,000 customers.

In 2008, SOCAR acquired the Kulevi terminal on Georgia's Black Sea coast, which is used to ship hydrocarbons to Western markets. Since the start of operation, the terminal has handled more than 25 million tons of oil and petroleum products.

SOCAR Energy Georgia is actively involved in the social life of Georgia, implementing numerous projects such as the construction of schools and kindergartens, infrastructure development, social support, including financing education for Azerbaijani students in Georgia, and many other initiatives.
