Network of gas stations "Rompetrol Georgia"

Rompetrol Georgia, a subsidiary of KMG International Group, owned by KazMunayGas, the national oil and gas company of Kazakhstan, is one of the key players in the import and sale of petroleum products in Georgia. Founded in 2005, the company successfully operates a network of 66 gas stations throughout the country and holds a leading position in the market, offering fuel of the highest quality Euro-5 standard.

Rompetrol is engaged not only in retail, but also in wholesale operations through the Tbilisi and Batumi depots located at the Batumi oil terminal. The company has approximately 800 employees, highlighting its significant contribution to the Georgian economy.

KMG Rompetrol, with almost 6,000 employees, is an important player in the Black Sea and Mediterranean region. The Rompetrol brand represents refining and petrochemical operations and distribution activities in a number of countries, including Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria and Georgia.

One of the company's key assets is Petromidia, the largest local oil refinery and one of the most modern plants in the Black Sea region, with a refining capacity of more than 5 million tons per year. The Group's second plant, Vega, also plays an important role, producing specialty products from semi-finished products supplied by Petromidia.

Through KMG Trading AG, a trading company in Switzerland, the Group carries out major trading operations in oil and petroleum products in the Black Sea and Mediterranean regions. Rompetrol is the source of energy, from the extraction and production of crude oil to its refining and transformation into the highest quality products distributed to premium gas stations.
