Djansug Kakhidze Garden is officially considered one of the 10 ten best places of the "Parks" category in Tbilisi.
The garden/park is located on David Agmashenebeli Avenue, next to the State Music Center of Georgia. In 2002, the cultural and musical center and the adjacent garden were named after Dzhansug Kakhidze, a Georgian conductor, composer, singer.
In the garden there is a beautiful monument to the founders of the Georgian Folk Dance Ensemble Iliko Sukhishvili and his wife Nino Ramishvili. The author of the monument is a famous Georgian sculptor and artist, President of the Russian Academy of Arts Zurab Konstantinovich Tsereteli.
In the park, it's nice to sit in the shade of tall green trees on a bench, admiring the beauty of nature around, birds, fountains silvering in the sun.
