Terrible experience. I ordered multiple items and paid online, but they were never delivered, and I wasn't informed. I tried calling them, but the phone number listed on the website is invalid. After several attempts to reach out through other means, they finally told me that the items I had already paid for were unavailable. Yet, those same items were still listed for sale on their website, allowing me to potentially place another order for items that didn't exist. They offered no solutions and I had to extract information from them slowly. Their response rate was just one reply per day. After two weeks, they eventually proposed a refund, which wasn't processed on the promised date. When I inquired about the delay, they suggested similar items in a different color instead of my original order. The refund still hasn’t been initiated, and I'm still trying to get my money back with little hope.
