I quickly tried to cancel my order after it was confirmed through Wolt, explaining that unexpected issues meant I couldn't receive it. I requested twice for the cancellation, but they ignored me and sent it for delivery anyway. The flowers were never delivered, and Wolt refused a refund despite the store's refusal to cancel. This was a terrible experience, and I will never order from them again.
