I asked how long the food would take, and when I checked back, they were rude, telling me to be patient and acting like they had already informed me. They gave me unfriendly looks and forgot to include napkins and ketchup.

11.95 GEL за приличную порцию картошки фри и немалое количество сырного соуса, качество которых вызывает сомнения. Бывали картошка и получше в Тбилиси, поэтому восторга не испытал. Сырный соус на вкус дешевый.

The line system is disregarded. They might hand your ready meal to someone else. With just two staff members, everything moves very slowly... The employees are friendly and courteous. They clearly need more workers. Tables are dirty and never cleaned. It's a basic fast food place, but the wait time is 40 minutes.
