    The girl working there is very slow and lacks experience.

    The experience was very disappointing. The steak burrito was missing meat, just filled with vegetables and sauce. The waffle fries were soggy and not well made, and the avocado sauce tasted unfresh.

    Самое худшее место из подобных, где я бывал. "Компьютер сломан" уже второй месяц, так что все вынуждены заказывать через терминал. А в терминале можно выбрать только стандартные сэндвичи без возможности изменений. Нет выбора овощей (я люблю маринованный халапеньо), нельзя выбрать количество соусов (я предпочитаю чипотле и сладкий лук), и нет дополнительных топпингов (я люблю хрустящий лук). То, за что я люблю это место, здесь недоступно. Понимаю, почему это работает в соседнем Dunkin Donuts, ведь их пончики — это готовый продукт: выбрал сколько и в какую коробку положить — и готово! Но ваша франшиза основана на полной персонализации заказа.

    P.S. Сегодня даже с таким ограниченным набором опций справиться не смогли и перепутали, на каком хлебе какой сэндвич сделать. Очень плохо. Теперь заказываю только через Wolt. Там и компьютер работает, и все опции доступны.
