    საშინელი მომსახურება. ღამით არავინ იყო შიგნით, გარეთ ისვენებდნენ და ჩემი გამოძახების შემდეგ 15 წუთით დამელოდინეს.

    Еда была вкусной, но есть много недостатков. 1. Заказы не отображаются на экране, только для на вынос. 2. Персонал не говорит на русском и английском, только на грузинском. Многим туристам сложно это понять. 3. Атмосфера с большим количеством людей, уединиться сложно. 4. Иногда приносят не то блюдо. 5. Половина туалетов не работает. Хочу, чтобы персонал исправил свои ошибки, и атмосфера стала лучше.

    I am extremely dissatisfied with the service at this fast food restaurant. I ordered through Glovo and chose to pay with cash, but they didn’t even start preparing my order for over 40 minutes. Since it was 1:25 a.m., I had no choice but to reach out to customer support to cancel my order because the wait was unacceptable. The lack of organization and respect for customers' time is unprofessional. I do not recommend this location. I won’t be using Glovo for this restaurant again!

    Мы всегда приезжаем в это заведение, но в этот раз были очень разочарованы. Заказали бургер, а принесли что-то наподобие шаурмы. Попросили заменить, но снова перепутали. Опять попросили поменять и опять ошибка. Пытались проверить, нет ли халапеньо, касаясь котлеты пальцами, но так и не дали нам то, что мы хотели. Пришлось заказать новый, а деньги не вернули 🤬🤬🤬

    ეს სწრაფი კვების ობიექტი ძალიან მოხერხებულია მათთვის, ვინც ავტომობილით გადაადგილდება. შესასვლელი ფართოა, პარკინგი უფასოა და მაღალხედვადია, რაც მძღოლებისთვის ძალიან მოსახერხებელია. მანქანიდან გადმოსვლის გარეშე სერვისი ძალიან ხარისხიანი და ოპერატიულია. სხვათა შორის, საქართველოში ამ ქსელის სერვისი და პროდუქტი ერთ-ერთი საუკეთესოა მსოფლიოში.

    შევუკვეთეთ 2 ორმაგი ჩისბურგერის კომბო ფრისა და კოლათი, გემრიელი იყო. შეკვეთა 10 წამში მოგვცეს. მაგიდები სუფთა იყო, სერვისი ნორმალური.

    This spot isn't the best, maybe even one of the weaker ones in Tbilisi.

    It's mostly set up for drive-thru, not for eating inside. The seating is hard and uncomfortable, and the vibe isn't inviting. The bathroom is spacious but smells bad, even with a scent machine in there.

    There's supposed to be a standard across the chain, but it seems to end here. Each time I've dined in, I've left disappointed.

    I'll probably stick to the drive-thru next time, maybe just for a coffee.
