The service at this fast food spot was incredibly disappointing. It's hard to believe it's called "fast food" when the staff is so slow. I had to wait an unreasonably long time for a simple order, as if the employees weren't in any hurry at all.

When ordering in person at the branch, the screen should clearly show which items are spicy and which are not. Customers shouldn't have to memorize all the menu items. This place isn't very customer-friendly.

Terrible service, they didn’t even bother to verify our order. Items were missing. The food was completely tasteless.
