I love the shawarma here; it's the best I've had in Tbilisi. However, for the second time, I faced issues with service.

On May 5, 2026, I called to order delivery. Initially, the staff member was unhappy when I asked to speak in English but did switch to English and asked me to call back in 20 minutes as no couriers were available.

When I called again, she answered in a frustrated tone, saying she only spoke Georgian. I attempted to order in Georgian, but again, there were no couriers, and she hung up on me.

As an Australian living abroad for three years, I've never experienced such behavior. People usually try to help even if they can't speak English.

This is quite disappointing. I think they might have lost several customers because of this.

I waited over 2 hours for a shawarma that was just slightly above average. The expected wait was 2 hours, but it ended up being 2 hours and 30 minutes. The shawarma was okay, but the delivery time was awful.
