The service was terrible. We usually enjoy ordering burgers and shawarma from here and have always been pleased with both the food and the service. However, today was a different story. I placed an order for three items, but the manager called to tell me that one of them was unavailable. She suggested a different sauce for that item, but I declined. Then, she abruptly hung up without explaining if I would receive a refund for the missing dish or how the situation would be handled, not even saying goodbye. This experience was sadly disappointing and frustrating.
