I had a really disappointing time at this bowling club. The shoes they gave us had a terrible smell, which made wearing them very uncomfortable. When we brought this up, the staff were rude and didn’t try to help at all. To make things worse, they turned off our lane without addressing our concerns or trying to fix the problem. The staff's attitude was unprofessional and not welcoming. This experience ruined what was meant to be a fun outing. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless they improve their hygiene and customer service.
