Over the past year, I went to this dental clinic six times and always had to wait at least 40 minutes. During my last visit, I waited for 2 hours and 10 minutes before deciding to leave. The owner of the clinic was supposed to attend to me, and she saw how long I was waiting but didn't acknowledge it or apologize. It seems patients are treated differently depending on who they are, and waiting times aren't based on appointment order.
