В рекламе увидела капы, которые должны быть хорошо обточены под каждый зуб, как у меня были в других клиниках. Решила заказать ночные капы после брекетов в этой клинике, так как пришло время обновить. На фото видно, какого они качества. Они совсем не такие, как в рекламе, и впиваются в десны, что довольно дискомфортно. Не уверена, что это не вредно для десен, возможно, придется заказать другую пару в другом месте. Заплатила 240 лари и теперь кажется, что зря.

I had a really bad experience here while getting a root canal treatment. The tooth that was treated is still hurting after just a month. The receptionist acted strangely, as if she couldn’t believe a foreigner like me would seek treatment there. My doctor, Liana, was incredibly unkind and seemed racist, which made the whole procedure very uncomfortable. Despite the pain, I pushed through, just glad it was over. Now, I’m left with a hurting tooth, indicating that she did a poor job. I've never seen such a lack of professionalism. I'm disgusted and now have to spend more money to fix the issues caused by her work.
In response to the clinic's owner claiming my feelings are just accusations: that's not true. I’m sharing my real experience and warning others. I've met many wonderful people here, so I was shocked by the treatment I received. I've had dental work before without any issues, so having a relapse after only a month is unacceptable. Please train your staff better and stop dismissing patients' concerns. Thank you. - Е
С марта я прохожу ортодонтическое лечение у доктора Мане. Очень добрый и внимательный врач. Минивинт для ортодонтии мне ставил хирург Гиорги — все было аккуратно и бережно, с бесплатной переустановкой и проверками состояния. Также мне здесь поменяли старую сложную пломбу, которая уходила под десну. Доктор Теона выполнила непростую работу без необходимости хирургического вмешательства, в отличие от другой клиники, где мне разрезали и зашивали десну для установки этой пломбы. Здесь же мне сделали две профессиональные чистки, и качество оказалось лучше, чем в моей стоматологии по страховке, поэтому теперь хожу только сюда. Доктор Илона с заботой и лёгкостью меняет резинки на брекетах. Я довольна сервисом 👍
