Had to wait 15 minutes because the doctor saw a familiar patient first, even though they arrived later. When I asked the receptionist about it, she got irritated and just told me to wait. She was quite rude. My treatment was done by a surgeon, not typically doing cleanings, as the other doctors were busy. If they're too busy, they should reschedule instead of making people wait.
