Ужасное обслуживание на ресепшн. Записался на прием, пришел, а врач не принимает. Записываюсь на лечение, прихожу, а оказывается, что на консультацию выделено всего 30 минут... Время потрачено зря.

The service quality did not meet my expectations, and the expertise shown by the doctor did not justify the high price. I spent a lot on exams and consultations, but the final assessment was delayed. Although I was promised a follow-up, I never heard back, and despite asking multiple times, I didn't receive all the examination photos. Customer service was very poor and fell short of basic professional standards.

P.S. This feedback is based only on my experience with this particular doctor, not the others.

Update: After I posted my review, the clinic reached out, asked for more details, and looked into the matter. They showed me that the examination files had been sent from their side, so I appreciate their efforts to follow up.

I had a very complicated situation, but I’m happy that the professionals treated me as an individual. I highly recommend this place, especially if previous orthodontic treatments didn’t work for you.

My first visit went smoothly, and my fillings were fixed quickly and correctly. But the next two visits were odd. The orthopedic dentist didn’t explain clearly how the crowns would be put in, what materials would be used, or the pros and cons. I had to ask a lot of questions about the process. Only after I asked if anything could be done to make the crowns stronger did he mention using a dental post to help me eat more normally.

When I went to the therapist for posts, I was on time but had to wait 15 minutes. Then, the dental chair wasn't working, so we switched rooms. After an hour, it turned out that a post couldn't be installed due to old material in my roots, and no more drilling was advised, so they put back the fillings.

At the end, no X-ray was taken to ensure everything was right. The doctor seemed rushed, and the fillings weren't polished well. Now I need to go somewhere else to finish the treatment.

It seems like getting a good appointment here depends on luck with which specialist you see.

Dr. Giorgi Turava is an outstanding surgeon who took on a complex surgery that many others refused. His skill and confidence made the process smoother, and the outcome was fantastic. Dr. Nata Meshveliani has been my dentist for years. She is always attentive, caring, and precise, ensuring every procedure is done perfectly. I'm very grateful to both doctors for their professionalism and highly recommend this clinic for top-notch dental care.
