I visited the clinic last Wednesday and had a fairly good experience. The treatment was effective, although a bit pricey. However, three days later, I reached out to the receptionist with some questions about exercise and diet that I forgot to ask during my visit. She mentioned she would consult the doctor, but now theyโre saying I need to come in for another inspection, which would cost around 50 GEL unnecessarily. I donโt think thatโs the right way to handle a patientโs concerns when a simple answer could suffice without requiring another visit.
