I'm extremely dissatisfied with this store. They sell expired, opened, and previously used cosmetics. The enzyme powder I bought was clearly tampered with; instead of being loose, it was a hard lump, suggesting it was stored improperly or the packaging was damaged.
I reached out to the store but received no response or solution. It feels like the seller doesn't care about product quality or customer rights.
I can't recommend buying cosmetics here. Be sure to check products thoroughly before purchasing. - В
Хороший выбор косметики, в магазине чисто и аккуратно. Персонал вежливый и готов помочь. Единственное, что раздражает — это настойчивость сотрудников, вероятно, у них процент от продаж. Мне не нравится, когда за мной следят и пытаются что-то продать, особенно когда я говорю, что не нуждаюсь в помощи. Из-за этого хочется скорее уйти, не купив ничего.
