The Peggy Gou concert was the most poorly organized event I've ever been to, and to top it off, they blocked me on Instagram after I left a review on their post. This behavior is so disgraceful!

Extremely disappointing experience.
I purchased a ticket for an event set to begin at 21:00. I arrived on time, but after waiting for over 3.5 hours, people were still not allowed inside. By around 00:30, the entrance was still not properly opened, and there was no clear communication from the staff or organizers about the situation.
While delays can occur, making attendees wait outside for hours without proper updates is unacceptable. The organization and communication were very poor. I have photos and ticket screenshots as proof.
I hope the venue and organizers can improve their event management and offer appropriate refunds or explanations in the future.
