    The interior is nicely minimalistic, the pastries are decent, the coffee is just okay, and the staff is good.

    On June 7, I was served green tea in a teapot that had a chipped spout. I returned it to the counter and asked the staff not to serve it to anyone else, but there was no apology.

    When I came back on June 14, I received tea in what looked like the same chipped teapot. Again, no apology, just laughter from the staff.

    The desserts and breakfasts are decent, but it's tough to enjoy them when basic customer service and safety are clearly not taken seriously.

    The food was generally good, but the cake was very dry and didn't meet my expectations at all. It felt more like a stale cracker than a fresh dessert. A cake should be moist and enjoyable, but this one was neither. It was the most disappointing part of the meal.

    Don't believe the online reviews that claim this is a good place for working on a laptop during off-peak hours. The café is quite small, and although it would be fine to use your laptop at any table, they only allow it at the designated desktop, which can accommodate a maximum of three people. This means you'll be sitting next to strangers, facing outside, with staff right behind you at the counter. The service is poor, and the staff seem indifferent; I don't think they are even Georgian. Also, is it reasonable to wait 25 minutes for just one chicken panini?
