My experience at this café was very disappointing. The service was incredibly slow. We waited about 30 minutes before anyone bothered to take our order. The staff seemed unfriendly and acted like they were irritated to be serving customers. They rarely smiled and their attitude felt unprofessional.
It took a long time for them to bring us what we requested. When we did ask for something, their facial expressions suggested that we were being a nuisance or asking for too much.
What frustrated me the most is that this wasn't my first time here. I've visited multiple times, hoping for better service, but each time I encountered the same poor attitude. Nothing has improved.
I don't often leave negative reviews, but after so many chances, I can say that the customer service really needs to get better. - A
Интерьер приятный, но еда посредственная (хуже, чем в их другом ресторане на площади Свободы). Цены указаны с нарушением закона, без НДС. Можно смело просить пересчитать сумму по ценам из меню и убрать незаконную надбавку в 18%.

Is juice made from fresh oranges really natural? After ordering a juice that was supposed to be fresh, the waitress brought us a box juice instead. Then the manager insisted we accept it, claiming that “the waitress knows better.” The whole evening revolved around this juice issue. We just wanted to enjoy some pasta with cold drinks, not deal with a scene. By the way, the Austrian breakfast from the previous day also included roasted eggs, bacon, and more.

This place is fantastic. It's the perfect spot to enjoy evenings with friends. The staff is great too, especially Tako, who works here.
