The smallest store I've ever seen. They didn't have my perfume #3.

Extremely disappointing visit. The staff were not helpful, and the store seems to operate under its own set of confusing rules that differ from other shops. Instead of providing clear explanations or assistance, the employees just relied on these rules and displayed a lack of concern for customers. It feels like customer satisfaction isn't valued here at all. The service was poor, and there were unnecessary complications—definitely not what I expected.

The staff on the women's floor is rude and lacks qualifications.

The service is awful. You cross the whole city just to be told that the employee can't go to the warehouse to get a single item. When asked who can, the employee steps aside. Another staff member directs me to the fitting room, and from there, I send him back to find the item in stock. It's frustrating that you can't give a zero rating, because that's what the service deserves.

Ужасный сервис доставки! Разместил заказ 9 января, и он до сих пор висит в ожидании!! Сегодня 27 января, и мне сказали ждать ещё 5 дней! Серьёзно, целый месяц на доставку внутри страны???? Я заказал на адрес в Тбилиси, в самом центре города! Не доверяйте информации на сайте!
