Awful service and a poor attitude towards customers.

The staff are always friendly, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I've been a loyal customer of this brand for many years, and they truly care about their customers and their needs.

I had the worst customer experience recently. I bought wedding shoes and specifically asked if I could return them if I changed my mind. I was told I could return them within three days. However, when I returned the next day, everything went wrong. The staff spoke to me rudely just because I wanted to return the shoes.
They then claimed that returns werenโt allowed and refused to take responsibility for what their employee had said, even though they were acting like managers. When I asked to speak to someone higher up, one staff member claimed she was the founder, which was clearly false as she later called the actual founder.
At one point, they said they wouldnโt help me because of how I was speaking, even though I was just standing up for myself after their rudeness. One staff member even asked me if I thought I spoke beautifully, which felt completely inappropriate. Yes, I was upset because I felt misled, and itโs normal to be angry when your rights are disregarded.
I then tried to find a compromiseโif a refund wasnโt possible, I asked to exchange the shoes for a different color as per their policy. I was told the store was โclosedโ despite it being open during business hours and them serving other customers.
Overall, the behavior was extremely unprofessional and rude. It felt like the rules changed based on the staff's mood, and no one seemed willing to take responsibility for the misinformation. The communication felt more like a street argument than a business interaction. I'm really disappointed, especially since I liked the brand. - A
