УЖАСНЫЙ СЕРВИС! УЖАСНЫЙ! НЕ ПОКУПАЙТЕ У ЭТОГО БРЕНДА. Я купила светлую сумку за 149 GEL и была очень рада, но после того как носила её всего ЧАС, ручки полностью испачкались, впитав пигмент от обычной одежды. Материал явно не имеет защитного покрытия и контроля качества. Сумка испорчена после первого использования.

Когда я вернула сумку с чеком через 2 дня, сотрудники и менеджер (Нуцса) полностью отказались помочь, вернуть деньги или даже обменять на модель темного цвета. Их официальный ответ был самым нелепым: "Обратитесь в компанию одежды, это вина вашей одежды, а не нашей сумки." Они держали меня у стойки больше часа, играли психологические игры с наличными, а затем сказали: "Делайте, что хотите, мы вам не поможем." Они даже отказались предоставить письменный отказ, потому что знают, что нарушают закон о защите прав потребителей Грузии.

Сохраните свои деньги и нервы. Этот бренд не заботится о качестве или лояльности клиентов. Я официально подаю жалобу в Национальную службу защиты прав потребителей Грузии. Худший опыт в жизни! ❌🛑

I ordered shoes and a bag online on April 28. They told me my order would be ready in 5-10 business days, but after 10 days passed, I had to reach out for an update because it seemed like they forgot about it. The support response was very slow, and they seemed dismissive and uninterested in my concerns.

I finally got my order today after 13 business days plus an additional day. They included a small "gift" bag as an apology, but it felt cheap and insincere.

I wouldn't have minded the delay if it hadn't been for a birthday gift, and it would have been better if they had informed me about the delay without me having to ask. Be cautious if you need your order on time, as they do not meet deadlines.

ყოველთვის ვყიდულობდი თქვენგან ჩანთებს, ფეხსაცმელს და ტანსაცმელს, მაგრამ ახლა ქეშბექები გაქრა. ეს ბანკის და ბიზნესის შეთანხმების გამო ხდება და როგორც ვიცი, თქვენ 20-25%-ს იხდით, რაც 50%-დან ფასდაკლების სახით გამოიყურება. ასე რომ, ბევრ მომხმარებელს დაკარგეთ, რადგან ფასები უაზროდ გაბერეთ. ქეშბექის გარეშე აღარ ვიყიდი თქვენთან და არც მიყიდია ბოლო ქეშბექის შემდეგ. ბანკები პირდაპირი მნიშვნელობით იყენეთ, რომ კლიენტები მიიზიდათ, ახლა კი ‘ელიტა ხალხის’ მაღაზია გახდით. დღემდე ძალიან მომწონს თქვენი პროდუქცია, მაგრამ თქვენს ლოიალობაში იმ დონეზე ვერ ხართ, როგორც ადრე იყავით. არ მგონია, რომ თიბისის ან ლიბერთის არ ჰქონდეს შემოთავაზება თქვენსთან თანამშრომლობისთვის. წარმატებები!
