მთელი ეს უკმაყოფილო კლიენტების რაოდენობა ნამდვილად არ მიკვირს 😃. ნეტავ რაიმე ზომას თუ იღებთ სერვისის გაუმჯობესებისთვის 🤷♀️. საშინელი მომსახურება გაქვთ! მოლარეებს გამარჯობის თქმა ასწავლეთ და აუხსენით, რატომ არის აუცილებელი გამარჯობა/ნახვამდის. მენეჯერებსაც უნდა გააცნობიერონ, როგორ უნდა იყვნენ თავაზიანები. ისეთი სახეები აქვთ კლიენტების წინაშე, თითქოს რამე მოიპარეს. თვითმომსახურების აპარატები დააყენეთ და ორივე მხარე ბედნიერი იქნება.

The worst Zara ever. The staff is extremely rude, they don't speak English, and they are completely unprofessional. Avoid the Zara in City Mall at all costs.

Extremely disappointing visit to the men’s section.
On April 20, 2026, around 13:44, the cashier's behavior was unacceptable. I said hello, but she didn’t respond at all. There was no eye contact, no “thank you,” and no “goodbye.” Just a cold, irritated look and total indifference.
Basic courtesy is the least expected in retail, and that was completely absent. This kind of attitude ruins the shopping experience and leaves a bad impression.
What’s more troubling is that there seem to be many similar complaints about the staff, indicating this is a recurring issue at this store.
Management needs to take customer service seriously because right now, it's far below what anyone would expect from an international brand. - e
