    My experience at the Adidas store on Rustaveli Avenue in Tbilisi was quite disappointing. I bought a jersey on April 28, 2026, for 453 GEL (around ₹16,153), but I didn’t receive a bill or invoice, and the product tag didn’t have a price.

    After returning to India, I discovered the same jersey was available for only ₹6,599, and it’s usually priced under $100 internationally. This makes me question the pricing practices and transparency at this store.

    It's very unprofessional and not what you expect from a well-known brand like Adidas. I hope the company looks into this store to ensure fair treatment for customers.

    The service was very disappointing and the prices were high. I wasn’t allowed to return the new sneakers I bought just three days ago. They did let me exchange them for a different model that was 30 GEL cheaper, but didn’t refund me the price difference. I went back to the store to look at new sneaker models, but I still noticed no improvement in customer service, and the staff were quite arrogant and unhelpful.
