ხშირად ვსტუმრობ ვაკის ფილიალს. საქართველოში ასეთი სერვისი ნამდვილად ცოტაა. დილით ადრე ვიყავი უნივერსიტეტის ქუჩაზე, მომიწვდეს მანქანები, მაგრამ ავუხსენი, რომ ზეთის და საბურავების შეცვლა მჭირდებოდა. ერთ საათში ყველაფერი მომიგვარეს. ძალიან კმაყოფილი წამოვედი. მადლობა ყველას, განსაკუთრებით კონსულტანტს, რომელმაც ზეთების შერჩევაში დამეხმარა (მაღალი ბიჭი იყო) და გოგოს, რომელიც ვულკანიზაციაში მუშაობდა (გრძელი თმა ჰქონდა). მადლობა მათ და მთლიან გუნდს!

I had to wait an hour and a half before they even started looking at my car, and I wasn't informed about the delay. Communication was poor, making it hard to explain what I needed checked. They refused to diagnose an oil leak because there was oil on the car, which felt like a complete waste of two hours.

ავტომობილის ნაწილი, რომლის ორიგინალი ფასია 45$, აქ 500 ლარზე მეტი დამიფასეს და თქვეს, რომ 4 თვეში ჩამოგიგზავნათ. ავდექი და 50$ გადავიხადე, 3 კვირაში ჩამომივიდა. მერე კი პრეტენზია აქვთ, რომ მაგრები არიან 😂

Nissan Teana - მივედი სარემონტოდ, მანქანას რამდენიმე პრობლემა ჰქონდა:1. სიგნალის შლეიფი უნდა შეიცვალოს2. პარკინგის ცეპი უნდა შეიცვალოს3. ყუმბარები უნდა შეიცვალოს4. საჭეს ხმას აძლევდა და უნდა გაწვდოსსაათნახევარი ველოდებით და ამ ოთხი ნაწილისგან არც ერთი არ ჰქონდათ, ასევე ვერ გამოასწორეს საჭე და გვითხრეს, რომ “ზეთი ცოტა აკლია, მაგრამ ალბათ ის არ არის მთავარი პრობლემა” 🤣🤣🤣 diagnoza რისთვისაც ფული გადაგვახდევინეს, რაც ისედაც ვიცოდით. გვეშველა და გამოგვიშვეს. დიდი შენობა აქვთ, თუმცა მანქანის ნაწილები არ აქვთ! ასევე, პერსონალი დიაგნოზს მხოლოდ ვარაუდებით სვამს.

*Update - just as I was leaving the garage, the store manager approached me and asked if I had written this review. He listened carefully and mentioned that he would work on improving the situation. This gives me hope that the garage will continue to make progress. He also requested that I delete my original review, but instead, I’m adding this update.
