Cafe "Top shelf lounge"

The venue looks impressive with its majestic colors and design, but that's where the positives end. It was very hot inside, and despite the air conditioning being on, it didn’t help at all. The water we requested was served warm multiple times. The food was bland and unremarkable, except for the khinkali and megrelian katchapuri which I enjoyed. There was no black pepper on the table, so we had to ask for it. Additionally, the space is quite small and the music was too loud, making it difficult to hear myself speak.

Amazing food and atmosphere, the live music was fantastic, and the homemade wine tasted great.

Service was among the worst I've experienced. It felt like we were a hassle to them while ordering and receiving our food. Even though they are paid, they acted as if we owed them something. The food quality was poor; the meat was tough and undercooked. My girlfriend felt ill after having coffee and ice cream all night. The atmosphere had a nice old-style vibe, but we also had rain coming through the ceiling. The one star is for that. However, the staff were really unwelcoming.

음식은 괜찮았지만, 직원들이 불친절했고 서비스도 좋지 않았어요. 게다가 음식값에 15%의 서비스료가 자동으로 붙어있더군요.

Заказала пасту, ждала больше 40 минут. Она оказалась ужасно невкусной. В итоге опоздала по делам и осталась голодной.

We loved the delicious food and music at this place. The atmosphere was authentic and peaceful. Thank you.

The food takes ages to arrive, and the staff seem annoyed when you ask about it. It wasn't worth the wait either. You're better off choosing another place. The staff are more interested in their phones. Really disappointing.
