Incredible!

They charged us extra. Food we didn't order was brought to our table, and we had to pay for it. It's really disappointing and a terrible experience!

They automatically add a 20% service charge, and when I asked about it, they removed it. The owner was really pushy, constantly taking photos and pressuring me to order drinks with my meal. Plus, they added something to my order without my consent. 😬

المطعم يقدم خيارات حلال بالإضافة إلى طعام لذيذ وموقعه رائع مقابل الحمامات الكبريتية وقريب من الشلال. طلبنا إسكندر كباب لحم ودجاج وكان مذهلاً. الموظفون ودودون ومحترمون. ابني المصاب بالتوحد كان يصدر أصواتًا عالية قليلاً، فتوجه إلينا المشرف التركي وقال لنا استمتعوا بالطعام ودعوه يعبر عن نفسه ولا تضغطوا على أنفسكم... فهذا شيء خارج عن إرادته وإرادتكم. لو كان بإمكاني تصنيفه كمطعم صديق للأطفال التوحد لفعلت ذلك.

Be cautious: there's an additional 15% service fee added to the bill (not mentioned on the menu), and the staff became quite aggressive when we inquired about it.

Food: 5/5 - We had the Mix Kebab and Adjarian Khachapuri. The kebab was served with rice and bread; while the meats were on the salty side, they were tender and juicy. The Khachapuri had a generous piece of butter on top, and the bread paired wonderfully with the cheese!

Service: 3/5 - The younger male waitstaff were friendly, but the older gentleman (who appeared to be the owner) was confrontational.

Ambiance: 5/5 - There are indoor seats, but we opted for the covered outdoor seating.

Value for price: 2/5 - I would have rated this higher, around 4, since the prices are typical for a touristy area and the food was good. However, the unexpected service fee was disappointing, and the owner's reaction made it even worse. This was the only establishment in Tbilisi where we encountered a service fee that wasn't disclosed!

Gürcistan'da helal yemek sunan bir Türk restoranı bulunca serpme kahvaltısını denemek istedik. Diğer restoranlara göre helal mutfağı tercih etmemizi sağladı. Kahvaltının yanı sıra menüde başka seçenekler de var ama biz sadece kahvaltıyı deneyimledik. Yemeklerin tadı fena değil, ama serpme kahvaltı için ürün çeşitliliği azdı ve porsiyonlar beklediğimiz kadar büyük değildi. Mekanın fiziksel durumu oldukça dar, bu nedenle oturmak pek ferah bir deneyim sunmuyor. En büyük sorunlardan biri de tuvaletlerdi. Restoranda yalnızca bir tuvalet var ve herkes bunu paylaştığı için ciddi bir sıra beklemek zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Fiyatlar ise sunduğu porsiyon zenginliği ve çeşitliliğine göre biraz yüksek. Yurt dışında helal ürün arayanlar için faydalı bir durak olabilir, fakat fiyat, porsiyon doyuruculuğu ve mekan konforu açısından beklentiyi çok yüksek tutmamakta fayda var.

Helal olduğu için burayı seçtik. Gürcü mutfağından bazı yemekler denedik. Khinkali ve khacapuriler bize fazla kalın hamurlu geldi, ama başka bir yerde denemediğimiz için karşılaştırma yapamıyoruz. En büyük sorun siparişimizi çok beklememizdi. Menü oldukça çeşitliydi, sanırım bu yüzden servis yavaştı.
