I visit often. Great service and food. Love the juices and matcha.

The atmosphere and food were decent, but we had a bad encounter with one of the staff. We were abruptly told to 'laugh more quietly' without any explanation. We weren't disturbing anyone, and it wasn't even that quiet there. It seemed like the staff member was just irritated or having a rough day🙂

The staff here is awful, rude, and inattentive. I often see them arguing with school kids over various issues, and as a regular visitor, I've witnessed it many times. It's not just kids they mistreat. I was eating and working, and they rudely told me to leave, claiming I'd been there for half an hour and was taking up space, even though I was still eating. I've never experienced anything like this. I spend my money here, yet they can't show basic courtesy. Their tiramisu is good, though.
