Despite some negative feedback from others, I've always had a good experience here. The staff is always friendly and efficient. While the coffee isn't the best, it's comparable to what's offered at other locations like the one on Chavchavadze. If you love pistachio, this is the spot for you, with delicious options like pistachio eclairs, doughnuts, and milkshakes. The croissants are also top-notch, rivaling those found outside of Europe. Highly recommended.

The raf coffee was the worst I've ever had. It was scalding hot, way beyond acceptable levels, almost like it was done on purpose because the service was terrible. The staff gave me looks as if I didn’t belong there, and it took over 5 minutes to make my coffee, even though I was the only customer. Even after 15 minutes, it didn't cool down, and the cream and milk curdled. Worst experience ever.
