Very tasty burgers and the fries are great too! The cheese sauce is really good! 👍👍

Great burgers at a good price!

This was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I've had in Tbilisi. I waited around 45 minutes for a chicken burger and fries, which is way too long for a burger place. By the time my food arrived, my Fanta was already warm.

When the burger finally came, the chicken was tough, dry, and hard to bite through. I really struggled to eat it, and it was so chewy that I couldn't finish it. The fries were also unsatisfactory and didn't seem well-prepared.

I spoke to a staff member about the long wait and the poor quality of the food. Instead of addressing my concerns, I was informed that 45 minutes is the normal preparation time for the burger. The only solution offered was to replace the fries, even though the main problem was the chicken burger. It's disappointing how service often falls short here.

What made it worse was that after waiting so long and receiving nearly inedible food, I still had to pay the full bill. No refund or replacement burger was offered, and there was no real effort to rectify the situation beyond swapping out the fries.

I paid, left, and won't be coming back. I do not recommend this place.
