I'm really let down by the way you treated us. It's all about respecting those who come or might come in the future. You should be welcoming to everyone interested, instead of mentioning that even people you know had trouble attending.

The organizer told us, "I donโt know who you are, so I canโt let you in." We just mixed up the date and asked to enter. A bit of empathy or professionalism would have solved the issue. Instead, he treated us like we didn't matter just because we were unfamiliar to him. This shows very poor service.
