    A lovely spot offering a 360-degree view of Tbilisi. They have a nice selection of drinks, cocktails, and wines, and it stays quite peaceful until late in the evening. It's especially enjoyable to relax under the sun without wind, thanks to the glass-covered roof around the perimeter.
