Посетил салон без предварительной записи. Меня попросили подождать 5 минут, но в итоге ожидание составило 35 минут. Это существенный минус в плане сервиса.
Сам мастер вроде бы неплохой, но то, что летом не моют голову перед стрижкой, считаю недопустимым. Стоимость стрижки составила 20 лари. - N

Я пришел на запись в 17:00, но вместо того, чтобы принять меня, девушка на ресепшене попросила подождать. Я сидел без внимания 20 минут. Когда я спросил, сколько еще ждать, мне не ответили.
