აქ მუშაობენ ყველაზე არაკომპეტენტური ადამიანები, ვინც კი ოდესმე მინახავს!!! წავედი საელჩოდან ორი გადასახადის გადასახდელად. ოპერატორს ვკითხე, რომ უნდა გადავიხადო და მითხრეს, რომ შეიძლება, მაგრამ ანგარიშის გახსნა აუცილებელიაო! აღმოჩნდა, რომ ანგარიში უკვე მქონდა და ბარათი უფასო იყო!!! ქალმა ჩემი ინფორმაცია განაახლა და ბარათი გადახდილად აქცია, რაც აშკარად გამოტოვა!!! და ყველაზე სასაცილო - მითხრა, რომ არ იცოდა, რა დაეწერა გადახდის დანიშნულებაში!!! მაგრამ სულ ცოტა ხნის წინ მითხრა, რომ არანაირი პრობლემა არ იქნებოდა! შედეგად, საელჩოში დავაგვიანე და სამი დღე დავკარგე!!! ხოლო მეზობელ ბანკში, ორივე გადასახადი 10 წუთში გადავიხადე! არავის უთქვამს, რომ ანგარიში მჭირდებოდა; უბრალოდ აიღეს გადასახადები და გადაიხადეს!!! პირველი, ეს იყო თაღლითობა! მეორე, აშკარად არაკომპეტენტურობა!!! მესამეც, დღეს ბანკში მივედი ბარათის ასაღებად და მითხრეს, რომ ტექსტური შეტყობინება გამოგიგზავნიან ან უკან დამირეკავენ! შედეგი? არავინ დარეკა. არც SMS! არც ბარათი!!! ბრავო ბანკის თანამშრომლებსა და მენეჯმენტს!!!!!!!

Все отлично! 1) Я пришла, подала документы, и в тот же день мне позвонили с одобрением открытия банковского аккаунта.2) На следующий день я пришла, подтвердила и выбрала тариф. Минимальная плата - 10 лари в месяц.3) На третий день я уже забрала карту и получила ответы на все свои вопросы. Разговаривали на английском, все было понятно и четко 👌Рекомендую посетить!

I went to open a bank account as a foreigner, and Alisa was incredibly helpful and quick. The branch is nice and not too crowded on Saturdays. I highly recommend this branch and Alisa for her professionalism. Thank you!

Terrible service. I've been a client for 4 years. On Friday, I went to get my new bank card, but the manager couldn't give it to me because there was no passport scan in the system. He said it would take 20 minutes to upload. I asked if I could pick up my card on Saturday, and he confirmed the office would be open. I came back on Saturday at 14:15, and the office was closed. I hope the manager experiences this same level of service when he needs help.

Today at the end of the day I visited a TBC branch with a request to open an account for an individual entrepreneur. They accepted my application, informing me that the actual opening of the account would occur the next day, and the current application was only intended to make changes to my personal data. However, in practice it turned out that this statement led to the instant blocking of my personal account card, and this happened right at the branch. I received a notification via SMS that I needed to contact the department to unblock it. The bank employee was unable to unblock the card and warn me about the possible blocking. She smiles and says to wait 20 minutes for the back office to process the application and return the card, while it’s already six in the evening at the branch and it’s closing. An hour passed and, of course, nothing was unlocked.
