The service was awful—truly disappointing for a so-called “premium” bank. We had already set up all our cards through their agent, but when we arrived, they made us sign the documents again. We ended up waiting for over an hour for the paperwork. Then, we were told to return the next day after 2:00 PM to pick up the cards, and yet again, we waited around an hour just for the simple handover. There were no explanations or apologies for the long wait—only rude staff at the reception. Meanwhile, other customers received special treatment from the moment they walked in.
