I have tried to handle my banking needs at this branch multiple times, but the staff has always been rude and discriminatory. When they see someone with brown skin, they tell me to leave and refuse to assist me. They wouldn't even allow me to deposit my own money into my account. I had to take a taxi to a mall to make my deposit. I've been living in this country for a few months and I’m not asking for charity; I’m bringing my hard-earned money to invest here. The staff behaves as if I’m begging them for help. On April 20, 2026, the people at the front desk were particularly unfriendly and biased. I’ve had great experiences at the public service hall and other branches, where the customer service is excellent. If the management of this bank sees this and other reviews, they need to make changes to the staff. They are losing customers and business.
Avoid this place; their concept is utterly pointless and unhelpful.

Horrible service, they couldn't care less about their customers. Extremely dismissive and rude, they ignore questions and respond with irrelevant nonsense.
أغلب الموظفين يكذبون باستمرار ويتعاملون بوقاحة مع الأجانب. الإدارة والعمال سيئون. طلبت بطاقة طالب، ولكنهم أعطوني بطاقة أعمال لأدفع رسوم كل شهر. عند طلب الحديث مع المدير، يكذبون ويقولون إنه غير موجود أو مريض.
Стоило бы уделить больше внимания профессионализму сотрудников. После визита остаётся желание сменить банк. Работающие там не способствуют созданию положительного имиджа. Полная бездарность. Но! Мне удалось встретить отличного специалиста по кредитам — Кети. Я благодарен ей за помощь. Получил кредит под нормальный процент. Рекомендую.

Это худший банк, с которым я сталкивалась. Сначала нас заверили, что карту оформят на следующий день. Потом потребовали кучу распечатанных документов и обещали, что ответ будет через 5 дней. В итоге, в течение месяца никаких известий. Выяснилось, что нас даже не зарегистрировали, а документы потеряли. Попросили сделать нотариальную доверенность, мы думали, что это решит все проблемы. Прошёл ещё месяц, а смс или звонка так и не получили. Оказалось, в доверенности слова "создание карты" и "регистрация" трактуются по-разному!
Кілька разів звертався сюди, щоб сплатити послуги доставки від Usa2Georgia і переказати гроші до Європи. Персонал дійсно професійний. Для порівняння, якось пішов до іншого банку, що недалеко звідси, щоб оплатити ПДВ за покупку. Консультант запропонував скористатися терміналом, але вийшла проблема з відсутністю місцевого номера, який у мене не був. Чому не порадив звернутися до операціоністів, не знаю. В цьому ж місці дівчата все оформили без питань. Черг зазвичай немає, майже завжди під час моїх відвідувань було спокійно.
