This bank is incredibly frustrating to deal with; waiting two hours just to collect a ready bank card is unacceptable. If it wasn't close to my workplace, I would never choose this bank again. The service is inefficient, and despite the long queues, the staff chat among themselves, ignoring customers entirely. It's the worst banking experience I've had anywhere.
