We reached out to our banker ahead of time and ordered a TBC pass, but our transfer was halted because it was the weekend at the head office. What is the purpose of the TBC pass if you have to manually check every transfer? It would be helpful to have an emergency team available on weekends.

My experience with this bank was awful. I tried to open an account and was told to come back in five days. When I did, my application was denied without a clear explanation. They just mentioned that my country is “banned,” but I know others from my country who have opened accounts successfully. This was extremely unprofessional and very frustrating. It's the worst service I’ve ever encountered.
