Opening an account at this branch was a very smooth and enjoyable experience. Tornike was fantastic to talk to and answered all my questions.

Everything is great, the staff is friendly, and the interior is lovely. However, the wait time is incredibly long. I can't understand why it took over 35 minutes just to handle a simple document.
