Extremely disappointing experience. The security guard asked me to leave right away without trying to understand my needs. I attempted to explain my situation, but he was rude and dismissive throughout. The place felt chaotic and seemed short-staffed, which might explain the poor attitude, but that's no excuse for treating customers this way. Customer service definitely needs to be better here.
