    I was at the bank today between 2-3 pm on March 18, 2026. The girl at the window near the door took my Georgian ID for a USD to GEL exchange but claimed it wasn't acceptable. I've exchanged money at the Vake branch before without any issues. I then provided my Qatar ID, which includes my passport number, but she insisted I needed my passport. I later visited another branch where they accepted my Georgian ID without problems.

    I really wonder why such people are employed there. Their behavior could drive clients away, possibly due to prejudice or lack of understanding. I don't know if her attitude was because I'm Arab or something else.

    I hope the company takes the right steps and considers removing such employees.
