Excellent bank branch. The employees are friendly and communicate in Russian. We received a bank card and the whole process, including waiting in line, took only an hour. The staff explained the terms of service in detail and offered various tariffs to choose from. The only caveat is that there are currently no express cards available and the wait is 3-5 days. However, once you get a bank account, you can immediately sign up for the app, where you can create an electronic card and link it to Apple Pay.
