Заказал три блюда, ждал по 15-20 минут, а через 40 минут выяснил, что официантка забыла одно из них. Второе подали почти холодным. Не услышал никаких извинений, пришлось ждать или платить за холодное и уходить. Ужасное обслуживание, персонал просто не заботится. Дал этому месту второй шанс, но теперь я с этим закончил.

Yesterday, we got a turkey quiche delivered via Wolt from the Abashidze Street location, and it was truly tasty: fresh, warm, and had a great texture. We enjoyed it so much that we ordered it again the following day. Unfortunately, when we ordered from the Kazbegi Street branch today, the experience was totally different. The turkey quiche was cold, not fresh, and noticeably smaller. The taste was terrible. If our first order had been like this, we wouldn’t have ordered again. We also tried a feta quiche, which was similarly stale and unappetizing. We ended up throwing both quiches away. I can't speak for the rest of the pastries, but it seems like they might not be made fresh daily.

The experience was quite frustrating. I ordered eggs benedict with avocado, but was given eggs benedict with salmon, which I don't eat. When I mentioned the error, the waiter blamed me and wouldn't admit the mistake. The manager later suggested it could have been a misunderstanding but said the waiter would be penalized if I didn't pay, making me uncomfortable. I ended up paying for a dish I neither ordered nor ate, and nobody offered a proper apology. It's disappointing to see such a lack of responsibility and basic customer service.

The server gave us the wrong order, and we had to pay for it even though we didn't touch it and sent it back. The manager was unhelpful and tried to make us feel sorry for the server, claiming he could cancel the wrong order but then the server would have to pay from his own salary. Overall, the staff was quite rude.

I ordered a lemon tart, but it came straight from the fridge with the cream completely frozen. Couldn't taste anything. Waste of money 🤷🏻‍♀️

I've always ordered delivery, so I can't comment on the atmosphere. What can I say? Absolutely love it🫶🏻. This spot has become my favorite since Panera/St Louis Bread Company isn't around. My top choice is the vegan sandwich with eggplant and zucchini. I'm a meat eater who loves steak, but that sandwich is seriously addictive🤤! They also have an amazing Napoleon with the perfect cream filling, just like my Grandmother used to make. Great job, guys, keep it up👍🤝.
