My friend and I had a bad experience at this bakery because we struggled to communicate due to not knowing Georgian. When we realized they didn't speak English, we tried using gestures to communicate. However, the staff kept speaking only in Georgian and signaled that we should do the same, without any effort to use English or gestures. The interaction was inappropriate. Do tourists coming to Tbilisi need to speak Georgian to order here? I hope management takes this issue seriously and improves their service.

This bakery shows poor treatment towards Arab students, with rude behavior and shouting. There's obvious discrimination against students, which is not right and completely unacceptable. Avoid purchasing from them and leave a review on Google to let others know the truth.
