Today was quite an experience. The place is stunning and chic, with amazing pastries that show a lot of effort and investment. The delicious aroma drew me in. However, it was completely empty inside. Like me, other customers stood baffled for over 10 minutes. There wasnโt a single staff member around. I found the staff in their room, casually having lunch. No apologies, just a look of annoyance for interrupting them.
To the owner: your staff is costing you business. I bought some pastries, but I doubt Iโll return. - A
